• If you book an event ticket on our Website(s), we collect your name, e-mail address, and billing address in order to complete your booking. In addition, we offer the option to store your encrypted and inaccessible credit card details.

• To make your online experience with us as convenient as possible we collect personal data concerning your bookings and the use of our services. With these data we can personalize the Website and recommend products or services you might be interested in. We may also use the data to find patterns that we can use to optimize our marketing.

• The data and feedback we collect concerning the use of our Website(s) help us to develop and improve the Website(s) and related services.

• If you decide to write a review, you can do this under your own name or anonymously. We reserve the right to refrain from publishing or to remove reviews.

• If you contact our customer service, we will collect your name and e-mail address (and any additional data you may want to provide us) in order to address your questions or comments or to provide better service.

We retain the information you used to sign up for our newsletter for as long as you remain subscribed (i.e., if you do not unsubscribe) or if we decide to cancel our newsletter service, whichever occurs first.
