There are only two different types of tickets:

1. Regular tickets

2. VIP tickets

The regular tickets give you:

• access to all activities of the conference as described on this website

• lunch and refreshments during breaks on all three Conference days

• digital certification of participation

The VIP tickets offer all benefits of the regular tickets, plus the following VIP services:

• Preferential seating; indicate which seat you’d like us to reserve for you at all activities of the conference.

• Lunch with the keynote speakers on one day of the conference.

• Seamless check-in; you do not need to present yourself at the hostess’ table. You will find your personalised welcome package, complimentary bottle of wine and fruit basket in your hotel room upon arrival, provided you’ve booked your accommodation at The Irish College.

• One month complimentary eAcademy membership.

The refund amount depends on when you have informed us by e-mail about your cancellation.

• Cancellation communicated before July 31 2023: 100% refund

• Cancellation communicated before September 6, 2023: 50% refund

• Cancellation communicated on or after September 6 2023: no refund.

For your convenience we work with a guest list. We will send you a booking confirmation after having received your bank or creditcard payment.

We have carefully designed the curriculum for each program. We ask you to make a selection which program you’d like to follow when booking your ticket.

There is a parking lot at the venue for a limited amount of cars. As there also other meetings hosted at The Irish College, it may not be evident that you can park your car here.

The Irish College is located in the historical centre of Leuven. We advice you to check with your hotel whether they offer parking facilities.

The nearest guarded, underground parking garage -and the cheapest in the historical centre- is "Parking Heilig Hart" at Naamsestraat 102. It is a 9 minutes' walk away from The Irish College. To park your car here costs E21 per day (at the time of publication).

A cheaper alternative is parking your car at the guarded, underground "Parking Vaartkom", Engels Plein 32. Parking costs EUR6 per day maximum. This parking is a 20 minutes' walk away from The Irish College.
