When are the Seminars, Sessions and Classes?

The dates and times of the learning moments are announced in the eAcademy. We schedule these at various times so that members based in different time zones can attend at least one LIVE meeting.

For how long after a Seminar/Session can I watch the recording?

The recordings remain available in the eAcademy forever.

When can I access the eAcademy?

Once we’ve received your payment, then we will send you your login details. If you have paid and have not received a confirmation, then please contact Kirande: hello@enijenhuis.nl

Can I temporarily freeze my membership?

Memberships cannot be frozen nor do we provide refunds (i.e. for non-usage). You can cancel your membership before the start of a new billing cycle. This is either before the next month or, in case of an annual membership, before the start of the next year.

Should you cancel your membership, you waive your benefit of a promotional membership fee you may be enjoying. When you rejoin the eAcademy at a later stage, you will have to accept the membership rate that are then on offer.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel, just send us an e-mail. You can cancel any time before your next (monthly Silver or annual Gold) membership billing cycle.
